Diamond blades for electric/battery saws

If you are dry cutting with a wall chaser, you need the right blade for the job.
Our blades are widely used across Perth by plumbers and electricians chasing out new homes.

We have specific wall chasing blades for dry cutting electric machines including:

Note - If you are cutting dry, always be aware of the danger of breathing in the dust. Ensure a dust extraction system is used with a suitable filter fitted. Use a half face respirator or a PAPR (Powered air purifying respirator). Even if you are cutting wet, the slurry created can dry out and create a hazard for other users - dispose of slurry as per your local regulations. See our dust collection accessories range.

UDT Premium electric wall chasing blades are designed specifically for electric wall chasing machines.  
UDT blades provide improved life time but still with high performance.
Some models feature undercut protection, which reduces kick back and makes our blades safer.

These blades are often half the price of the original blades, and similar, or better, quality.

Our blades are designed for wall chasing, cutting hard brick, reinforced concrete and any other hard material. We also sell Dymaxion brick specific blades in 5"/125mm and 6"/150mm.
In most sizes, we can offer blades from multiple manufacturers to suit your particular application.
These blades will deliver optimum life and fast cutting.

Tips for use:
Electric saws have a less power than petrol saws, so:
 - Let blade do the cutting - don't force it
 - Allow blade to air cool if cutting for extended periods

Hole size is usually 22.23mm (some 1" sizes also available).

We also specialise in blades to suit the electric Husqvarna K3000 and K4000 electric saws.
As well as offering the recommended Husqvarna blades, we also stock blades specially designed to reduce kick back, which makes them safer and easier to use.

Silica dust - when workers cut, saw, crush, drill, polish or grind products that contain silica, particles are created, which are one-hundredth of the size of a grain of sand. These can get  stuck deep in the lungs. 
Ensure precautions to limit exposure to dust are in place.
