Our KGS Flexis Diamond files are ideal for artists, stone masons, sculptors, tradies and DIY people. 
They can be used on glass, pottery, tile, ceramic, mosaics, porcelain, concrete and composites.
Ideal for fine sanding and polishing,  grinding out holes, smoothing angles and deburring.
Come in a set of four different shapes of the same grit in a storage pouch. 
Ergonomic handle made from tough plastic for good grip.

• 60mm x 6mm flat
• 43mm x 12mm flat
• 43mm x 12mm half round
• 38mm x 19mm round
  Note - all files in kit are same grit, so therefore same colour.

Dymaxion diamond lap pads:

Dymaxion diamond lap pads: For sharpening, deburring, shaping and filing most hard materials including tungsten carbide, ceramic, glass etc. Great for sharpening tungsten carbide saw blades and router bits. Wash in warm soapy water occasionally to stop diamonds getting clogged. The pad measures 20mm by 50mm. Dymaxion Diamond Needle File set:   6 pieces Profiles - square, round, half round, triangle, flat and flat taper. 5 have needle heads for enlarging holes. Can be used with or without water, but wash in warm soapy water occasionally to stop diamonds getting clogged. SHAF600 $34 incl GST per set

Note - When workers cut, saw, drill, polish, crush or grind products that contain silica, particles are created, which are one-hundredth of the size of a grain of sand. These can get  stuck deep in the lungs. Ensure precautions to limit exposure to dust are in place. 
Use a half face respirator or a PAPR (Powered air purifying respirator).
