Diamond Vacuum Cup Wheels

Our Vacuum brazed diamond cup wheels suit a wide range of materials. 
These diamond cup wheels are manufactured by welding synthetic diamond particles to the outside edge of the wheel in a vacuum brazing furnace. All of the diamond particles are on the exterior cutting edge of the blade, with no bond-diamond segments like other wheels.

These wheels are recommended for edging and de-burring on any hard materials like:
 - Concrete
 - Stone - natural and engineered
- Cast Iron
 - Steel (including stainless)
  etc.

Grinding and shaping wheel
	125mm/5"  $75 each incl GST	125mm/5" DTA Boss Diamond Grinding and shaping wheel. Ideal for grinding, rounding, bevelling, small cuts and more M14 fitting suits most grinders. Suits porcelain, ceramic and marble tiles Diamond edge 2.5mm thick (when new)

Note - When workers polish, crush,saw, cut, drill or grind products that contain silica, particles are created, which are one-hundredth of the size of a grain of sand. These can get  stuck deep in the lungs. Ensure precautions to limit exposure to dust are in place. 
Use a half face respirator or a PAPR (Powered air purifying respirator).
